Public relations and community relations
We understand
the value, power and effectiveness of public relations as a marketing
tool, particularly when it comes to managing crises, shaping issues
and influencing outcomes.
Equally valuable are community relations programs that create public involvement and meet a need. Currently, we manage two such programs, one for 14 years and another for five years, involving partnerships with the press, TV, well-known corporations, civic organizations, schools and the general public.
Our community relations approach aligns a client’s business capabilities with a worthy cause or issue so the project communicates involvement, rather than just making a financial contribution.
Media Relations
When it comes to media relations we don’t just build media lists, we build relationships with writers, editors and even publishers. This is a critical component in ensuring that our clients’ messages are understood clearly and accurately by their key audiences, whether it's print or electronic media.
Decades of experience enable us to build strong, active relationships with local, regional and national media, both print and electronic. Editors, writers and reporters take our calls and respond to our emails. They even ask us if we can help them with articles and interviews.
With sophisticated in-house technological capabilities, we develop and manage media relations plans for our clients including feature stories, bylined articles, and press releases.
